Strategy doesn't reach the analyst unless the system carries it there
Health plans had organizational goals and daily operations — but no system connecting the two. Working with product leadership, I led the design architecture that makes strategic priorities visible to every person acting on them, from the VP setting goals to the analyst managing 205 networks.
