Exploration and commitment are not the same gesture

Health plans managing 25+ active networks had no way to see that Cardiology was failing across hundreds of county-specialties — because critical oversight was buried inside individual projects with no portfolio-level view. This project built that view — separating analysis from commitment, and surfacing risk across an entire network portfolio so the most consequential problems surface first, not last.

Administrators completed network configurations inside the tool instead of routing through spreadsheets. Portfolio analytics surfaced specialty and line-of-business patterns — like a single specialty failing across an entire portfolio — that per-project views had made structurally invisible.
