2026 - Present

A recommendation without reasoning is just noise with better packaging.

Analyst teams spend 8,000+ hours annually on manual provider data aggregation before a single network decision is made — not because the data is missing, but because there was no signal about what to do with it. This project designed that signal layer — a recommendation engine that surfaces the reasoning behind every suggestion so analysts can agree, interrogate, or override — not just accept or ignore.

Role
Senior Product Designer
Outcome
Recommendation acceptance exceeded baseline targets in early rollout. The reasoning disclosure became the most-clicked element on every suggestion card — the transparency wasn't decorative, it was load-bearing.
